Refunds and Exchanges
We do not provide refunds for a change of mind. Products may be returned for an exchange or store credit note. This policy is available for 14 days from when your receive your item. If outside this time, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund, exchange or credit note. Your product must be returned to us, unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
In the event that upon receiving your product(s) they are faulty and/or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com to organise a replacement or refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you a replacement product of the exact item as originally ordered, or we will provide a full refund.
Because of the above, it is important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as noted above so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Please be sure to take note of sizing of our pieces and to measure your spaces, as we cannot accept returns for items that are the wrong fit outside what has been stated.
